We are a small, community-based preschool located in Georges Hall, proudly offering a traditional Montessori education and rated Exceeding under the National Quality Standard. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Montessori Assistant to join our warm and experienced team.

Essential Requirements:

· Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

· Full Australian working rights (unrestricted)

· ACECQA-recognised First Aid, including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

· Working With Children Check (WWCC) number

· Child Protection Certificate

· Montessori 3–6 qualification is highly regarded but not essential

Selection Criteria:

· A passion for Montessori education and the ability to apply its principles in an inclusive setting

· Ability to build strong, respectful, and nurturing relationships with children and families

· Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit

· Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
