Our company is made up of 6 individual centres employing over 200 early childhood professionals. Each centre having their own identity, but all sharing the same pride and goal for exceptional early childhood education and care. To join our team, you MUST be highly motived and advocate for children in all that you do. You will have the skills to autonomously interact with children in a beautiful manner that fits with the Montessori approach, while extending their learning and fostering a safe and secure relationship. The Montessori approach encumbers our philosophy and guides all our practices.

Our team is dedicated, caring and collaborative. Professional conversations and reflective practices are built into our culture. You will need to share your professional views and build on our ideas. To do this you must be able to demonstrate your knowledge of Montessori and the EYLF and your confidence in programming for individual children in not only your documentation but your interactions, your presents and your manner with children in every conversation and interaction.

You will independently run the QLD approved Kindergarten Program in a 3-5 room (1:11). A Bachelor of Early Childhood (or equivariant, approved by ACECQA) is required.

Creating meaningful and rich educational environments for children is the foundation of our program. You will be able to extend and adapt the indoor and outdoor environment as required for the group or individual children. You will actively engage with children and your love of Montessori will be evident in your practice.

The successful applicant MUST have the following:

– A Montessori qualification (opportunity to study this)

– Bachelor of Early Childhood, or currently studying with a Diploma of Early Childhood

– A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate

– A current blue card
